Guidance for Open Event to be run by South West Lakes Trust

Anyone wishing to use Roadford Lake for an Open Event should contact South West Lakes Trust (SWLT) via e-mail or telephone 01409 211507.

If SWLT require assistance from the Club, the following charges will apply:

• £20 per day for use of powerboats.
• £ 2 per boat racing.

Payment are required in advance by SWLT (the Club will collect payment via invoice from SWLT)

Race Officer Guidance (Club Events)

Duty Race Officers, please ensure that this form is completed for each race so that resulted can be collected and published.

In this interests of Health & Safety and complying with the Club Insurance Policy, All taking part in a racing or other event organised by the Club should ensure that their respective details are completed on this form.

Up coming Club Races and Events

There is regular Club Racing at the Club each Sunday throughout the year. In broad terms, races have the following times:

• Summer - Two races, starting at 11.30am and 2.30 pm respectively
• Winter - Two races, back to back starting at 12.00pm.

For those planning ahead to get hold of the silverware, enjoy the parties, get their point across to the Committee or indeed all of these things, here (39 Kb) is the time-table for all 2008 races, social events and club meetings.
